Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Implementation Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various site launches for dioceses and apostolates.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As an Implementation Coordinator, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various diocesan teams.

Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.

Compensation is based on qualifications and experience. 


Provide end-to-end project implementation

Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

Collaborate with clients to implement and support digital projects

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

Develop support documentation 

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

Online content and course creation (training provided)


Proven work experience managing projects

Hands-on experience with project management software is a plus (we currently use Trello)

Familiarity with Content Management systems and Learning Management systems

Excellent organization and time management skills

Strong communication skills and teamwork oriented

My Catholic Faith Delivered is excited to announce that Mark Hunter has come on board as CEO of both MCFD and our parent company, CD2 Learning.  It was a strategic change to strengthen operations and prepare for future growth. 

Mark has a proven track record of innovation and business success as CEO of Saepio Technologies, merging with Brandmuscle in 2016. For twelve months post-acquisition, Mark served as Brandmuscle's Executive Vice President of Consumer Brands, leading the Kansas City office and overseeing marketing technology solutions for the entire company. Prior to Saepio/Brandmuscle, Mark led client-facing and analytics teams at Service Management Group, a marketing research and technology company focused on the restaurant and retail industries.


My Catholic Faith Delivered Names Client Solutions Manager

My Catholic Faith Delivered announced today that Ryan Johnson has joined the organization as the Client Solutions Manager to further serve national accounts. Ryan brings experience and education in both client service technology and the Catholic faith. Recent experience includes the start-up and creation of a Client Services Desk for the Mission Matters Group as well as Salesforce Admin Certification. 

Ryan has a B.A. in History from Benedictine College, Atchison, KS.
